"The most exciting part about coaching new students in EP is the improved job satisfaction they get when they connect what they’re reading and learning with what they’re seeing in the lab or clinic. Learning in a structured program instead of fragmented and complicated setting is key."
"There are so many aspects of EP that I would like to influence. One of which is delivering EP education for new staff. I believe the success of a person new to EP is in the quality of their EP training. "

"When you see someone trying hard day after day, trying their best and then it suddenly all comes together. The best moment I can remember is watching a ‘newbie’ performing an EP study. They were struggling to see when AV Wenckebach happened. When they saw it, they looked at me and gave me a big high five! - Priceless!"
