We’ve all had those moments—when life gets overwhelming, when doubt creeps in, or when we just need someone to say, “Hey, I’ve got your back.” That’s where showing up makes all the difference.

Whether it’s a pep talk before a big presentation or a quick check-in after a tough day, being present is what turns good coaching into great coaching. So, how can you show up for the people who count on you?
1. Be a "Reply Guy" (The Good Kind)
We’ve all known those who reply to everything with 🔥 or 👍—don’t be that guy. Be the person who responds with genuine support. CHART coaches know that even a quick “How’d it go?” 🫣 after a tough procedure can go along way and make a coachee feel seen.
2. The Power of the Random Check-In
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to show that you care. Shoot a “Just thinking of you!” text or tag them in a meme that made you laugh. Small, unexpected gestures remind people they’re not alone.
