As an EP Coach, I can make the educational journey less intimidating and more enjoyable!
YEARS IN EP: 10 years
The most exciting about coaching new students in EP is the improved job satisfaction when students can connect what they’re reading (in the textbook) with what they’re seeing (in the lab or clinic). Learning in a structured program instead of fragmented and complicated.
There are so many aspects of EP that I would like to influence. One of which is delivering EP education for new staff. I believe the success of a person new to EP is in the quality of their EP training. Completing a structured and challenging program will give one the tools to enjoy their job and provide better care to their patients.
